Welcome! The SaddleBrooke Democratic Club is one of the fastest growing political organizations in southern Arizona. Approaching two hundred active dues-paying members, we mean to be a loud voice for fair minded thinking and caring about people and government. The time has come to push back against racism, greed and corruption. At Gettysburg, Lincoln said that government is “of the people, by the people and for the people.” Words like “corporations” and “no-bid contract” did not appear in his speech nor in the founding documents of our country. Unlike others, we Democrats believe that “all people are created equal” and that everyone, whether citizen or not, is entitled to equal treatment and protection under American justice.

Well, you get the idea! As a club, we meet monthly to hear speakers and hold political discussions. Most meetings include a potluck supper and several times a year, we get together for purely social occasions.

Our active volunteers conduct voter registration and team-up for phone-banking, precinct work, letter writing and other forms of political activism. We even have a group conducting road clean-up on a section of Highway 79 to Florence. Enjoy our website. Plan to visit often and be sure to look at our activity calendar. We expect to see you soon!
